I was a 65-year-old “newlywed” when I first started my physical therapy with Katie Spruell in the fall of 2016. I had just moved to Nashville to a house with 4 levels. I had torn my meniscus and had also had a non-cancerous tumor removed from my hip. I had all sorts of problems. My back hurt, my knees hurt, and the list went on and on.
